AVANT TOOLS was established in the year 1983 and is situated in the Industrial estate of Peenya in Bangalore . The main thrust of this unit as a manufacturer is to produce products like CNC Toolings, Machine Tool Accessories, High Precision Tooling, Aeronautical Equipments, Bridging Spares and Fire Fighting Equipments.

We haw a full-fledged Tool Room with all required facilities and equipments as well as qualified QC Engineers, Technical Experts and Dedicated Workforce to handle Tool Room activities. We are proud to mention that we are in the Tooling field for three decades meeting the requirements of reputed customers. Our product range of Aerospace Equipments are supplied to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (All Divisions), Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO and Keltec. We are amongst the few units in Karnataka registered with the Directorate General of Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi for supplying Bridging Spares for Building and Fire Fighting Equipments for Defence and Warship Equipments for Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam.

Technology Detail :		AVANT TOOLS is highly quality oriented and have the following procedures in place to maintain rigid quality standards. 1) Fully fledge tool room facilities. 2) Inward quality inspection of all raw materials received - Chemical testing is carried out by Raghavendra Spectro Metallurgical Labotratory. Material internal cracks are done using Ultra Sonic Testing In-Line Process Inspection By conventional instruments Standard and large quantity items are checked with special gauges Hardness Testing and Component Heat Treatment is carried out by the well established M/s Jayalakshmi Enterprises. Heat treatment process is done in fully Computerized Atmosphere Controlled with latest Japanese Technology. Rockwell Hardness Tester is used to check the level of hardness accuracy. Final Inspection A qualified Quality Control Supervisor checks each component with the relevant drawings or Standard specification before dispatch. After inspection items are treated with rust preventive oil covered with polyurethane sheet and packed in a corrugated box.
